Opening doors to rental housing

Thanks to our partnership with Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), we will soon break ground on construction of eight new low-rent townhouses at Spencer Place in Post Falls. The townhomes include four 3-bedroom and four 4-bedroom units.

Funding was provided by the National Housing Trust Fund Program (HTF Program), which is dedicated to affordable housing for "extremely low-income households."

Housing is considered “affordable” when rent plus utilities does not exceed 30% of total household income. Rent for these units will not exceed this 30% threshold. The development plan calls for a total of twelve townhomes to be built over five years.
