Alan Wolfe

Al moved to North Idaho in 1986. He grew up in Eastern Washington and attended college at Central Washington University where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. He later added an MBA with an emphasis on strategic planning.

Al served on the Post Falls City Council for eight years after serving seven years on the Post Falls Planning and Zoning Commission. He now serves as co-chairman of the Joint Public Policy Committee for the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce as well as a board position with the Literacy Project of North Idaho. 

Al was honored to be named Citizen of the Year in January 2013 by the Post Falls Chamber. He has completed both Leadership CDA and River City Leadership Academy where he served as class president in 2009.

He spent nearly 40 years in the financial services industry. Most of those years were in a mid-management role dealing with employees, supervisors, managers and senior executives. After retirement, he and his wife formed WiZe Solutions, a consulting company focused on aiding small businesses and non-profits.


Al is married to Dani Zibell-Wolfe who is retired. Together, they have five grown children, six grandchildren and enjoy golf, hiking and back packing in the summer and trips to Mexico in the winter.
